Leatherette patch (NOT GENUINE LEATHER) and sublimation printing is used to create your custom patch, and then attached with Heat Application to the hat of your choosing. Multiple Patch shapes available.

At checkout, leave a note with the the font style #, the patch color, and name or initials.

For monograms please provide the initials in the following order:

First Name - LAST NAME - Middle Name

Leatherette is not washable.
Can be cleaned with a damp cloth only.
Meant to look and feel of leather.
NEVER PUT HATS IN WASHER OR DRYER.

We sell singles, or hundreds! If you are ordering large quantities, please reach out for large orders to us to ensure we have enough of a certain color on hand, and to give you an accurate idea of turnaround time! 

The main color of the hat is listed first/then the mesh color. Please use our hat color chart in the photos to reference the drop-down menu.  If you see a color on our chart but not the drop-down menu, it means we are currently out of stock.  Please review listing photos for more details on each hat style and color offered. We can also special order other brands, styles, colors, however, due to the ongoing supply chain issues, we cannot special order in smaller sizes or larger sizes. The standard size we have listed are the most common you typically find in your local sporting goods store.

HAT PATCH DETAILS:
Add your logo, name, or custom text to any shape patch.
Patch Type/Color: Faux leather Sublimation with real stitching details. Rust color faux leather print with black design. Patches are heat bonded to all hats **not stitched on** We use an extremely strong heat bonding agent.

HOW TO ORDER:
1. Select hat color from drop-down. All colors/styles are shown in the photos in our listing.
2. Enter your patch information in the "add your personalization" box or see #3 below.
3. Email your logo in BLACK ONLY in a standard PNG file format to pearlsandpenniesboutique [!at] gmail.com with your order number in the subject line for reference.

4. If you would like a proof of your design before production please ask, otherwise if you send a logo we will make it "AS IS" to speed the production process up.
5. We are a small home business. Please hang with us while we work on your order as each one is hand made. Turnaround Time is typically around 2 weeks, but larger orders may require more time. If you need the hat(s) on a specific date, please put that in your order notes. There may be unexpected shipping delays through USPS as that has been a common issue since Covid-19.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: All sales are final since they are handmade. However, if there is an error or defect on your order, we will offer a complete refund or exchange upon return receipt and complete product inspection.
